About this course
Delivered as:
Two x3 hour online workshops or
One day face-to-face classroom delivery
This one-day course will provide you with insight into how your team works and why.
Team members will be required to complete the Belbin Team Roles assessment before attending the workshop with sufficient time for our facilitator to collate all of the results (please speak to us about this).
Team members will benefit from gaining a greater understanding about themsleves and their fellow team members.
Managers will be able to identify potential gaps for future development and recruitment opportunities.
