Keith Flanagan has real-time leadership experience and passion for leadership progression, organisational and management development. Keith has worked with key operational stakeholders across almost all sectors at home and abroad.

Background

Keith enjoyed a successful 27-year career in the Royal Air Force during which time he led people and teams in peacetime and under arduous conditions in a variety of locations worldwide.  On retirement from the Military, he joined an International Technology company where he was directly responsible for setting up and leading a Human Resource function as the Head of Global Human Resources and Development. Keith later transitioned to the role of Leadership Architect where he designed, developed and delivered leadership development programmes for new leaders and established C-level executives. Keith has been described as an emotionally intelligent and impactful leader and facilitator. His leadership workshops have taken him across the globe to work with major corporations, often on a repeat basis.

 

Facilitator Experience:

Leadership:

  • Appointed as ‘Course Commander’ Military leadership promotion courses during his time in the Royal Air Force.
  • Designed and facilitated numerous leadership courses for executives and leaders working within the Enterprise Architecture space (technology).  
  • Designed and facilitated numerous leadership training interventions for the following sectors (to name a few): Finance and Insurance, Retail, Transport and Logistics, Aviation, Oil & Gas, HM Government, FMCG, Entertainment Industry, IT & Technology and Registered Charities.    

Management:

  • Designed and facilitated numerous management development interventions for the sectors listed above in addition to ‘open courses’ for third party training suppliers. Many of these courses were accredited to the Chartered Institute of Management and the Institute of Leadership.

Coaching: 

  • Employed as a performance coach with the Audere Academy in addition to designing and delivering coaching training to managers and leaders from almost all sectors. Works as a freelance coach.

Virtual Delievery:

  • Highly experienced virtual facilitator utilising a variety of platforms such as: MS Teams, Adobe Connect, Blue Jeans, Zoom and WebEx.

Subject Matter Expert

  • Leadership Development - based on real-time credible experience of leading people and teams under a variety of circumstances and situations.  
  • Emotional Intelligence - ongoing designing and facilitating EQ training to leaders at a major European Bank.
  • Coaching – employed as a performance coach to over 150 clients with the Audere Academy.
