About this course

Delivered as:

Two x3 hour online workshops or

One day face-to-face classroom delivery

This one-day course will provide you with the necessary theoretical and practical skills to understand yourself and why it's okay to feel the way you do about certain aspects of your work, life and other people.

It's impossible to develop a relationship with others if we're at odds in our relationship with ourselves.

You will be guided through an EQ model to help you understand the aspects of yourself and how you differ from others - which is often the very reason why we connect easily with some people and find other people difficult to connect with.

You will also develop a greater understanding of the physiological effects of life's events as well as the psychological; and be provided with techniques to use to strengthen your resolve and show the very best of yourself in demanding situations.
