About this course
This workshop provides an insight into what it means to delegate and how to do so effectively.
Reluctance is not uncommon for a variety of reasons and this course is suitable for anyone in a supervisory position that might be hesitant about the idea of delegating tasks to team members.
We will explore the myths and also the benefits of delegation in order to change the way we think about the subject; and we will provide you with an approach that you may put into practice straight away.
