About this course
This workshop will provide you with the necessary theoretical skills to assist you in assessing your own trustworthiness (as viewed by others) and how to develop a great followership.
You will learn about the components of trust, the concept of followership and the different types of followers that exist.
You will then reflect on the types of followers you attract and why they may be the type of follower you want or conversely, don't want!
